We would like to inform you that due to the recommendations issued by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the subsequent requirements of the French Ministry of the Interior, we are obliged to carry out pest control in aircraft flying to some destinations, in order to reduce the risk of transmission of diseases by insects (e.g. malaria and dengue fever).
On flights on which insect control is required, we will inform passengers of the pest control that will be carried out by means of sprays. The spray that is used (d-Phenotrin) has been approved by the WHO and is not harmful.
