We encourage you to read the following instructions to refund your ticket.

Refunds for tickets purchased on www.airfrance.de

E-tickets
In order to ask the refund of your tickets, please visit the "Manage by booking" area and click on the button "request a refund".

Please note, that your tickets cannot be refunded online, if If you didn´t pay your tickets by credit card but by an other payment option. Call Air France at Tel.: +49 (0)69 29993772*

Please note that we charge a fee of 20 euros for all refunds which need to be done manually.

If you have purchased insurance online along with you ticket and if you intend to request a refund, please contact Allianz Global Assistance. They will be able to provide you with a written confirmation that you have no claim ongoing with them.
Please send this form to the Refund Department along with your refund request in order to enable us to process your applicable refund.

Refunds for tickets purchased in a travel agency

Return the original ticket number (and any other documentary evidence) to the Air France ticket office or other travel agency where you purchased the ticket.

Important information for all ticket types

Modifications and refunds are subject to the applicable fare conditions. Please make sure that your ticket can be modified or refunded. Do not forget to send the original ticket (except for e-tickets) accompanied by any other documentary evidence (medical certificate, proof of circumstances requiring cancellation, etc).

If you want to claim a refund, please attach the original documents to your claim (passenger receipt, boarding pass, invoice, etc.)
